House Attack Radio Privacy Policy

  Last updated: May 29, 2026

House Attack Radio ("we", "us") operates the House Attack Radio mobile application. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

  ---
  1. DATA WE COLLECT

  Account information
If you choose to sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, we receive your email address and display name from the respective provider. This information is stored and used to identify your account across sessions. Sign-in is optional — the app may be used as a guest without
  providing personal information.

  App preferences
When signed in, your in-app settings (such as auto-play on launch) are saved to your account so they transfer across devices and reinstalls.

  Usage analytics
We use Amplitude to collect anonymous usage data, including stream start/stop/error events, sign-in/sign-out events, and ad impression events. This data is tied to an anonymous identifier, not your name or email. It is used solely to improve the app. We do not sell this data.

  Advertising
The app displays banner ads served by Google AdMob. To serve relevant ads, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier — the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) on iOS, or the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android. These identifiers allow AdMob to deliver personalized
  advertising based on your interests.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
  - iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking for this app, or enable Limit Ad Tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
  - Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
  - Google-wide: Visit https://adssettings.google.com

For more information on how Google uses data from apps that use its services, visit: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

  ---
  2. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

  - We do not record or store any audio
  - We do not collect your location
  - We do not access your contacts, photos, or files
  - We do not collect payment information

  ---
  3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The app uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  - Google Sign-In (authentication) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
  - Sign in with Apple (authentication) — https://apple.com/legal/privacy
  - Supabase (account and settings storage) — https://supabase.com/privacy
  - Amplitude (usage analytics) — https://amplitude.com/privacy
  - Google AdMob (banner advertising) — https://policies.google.com/privacy

  ---
  4. DATA SECURITY

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Account data stored in Supabase is protected by row-level security — only you can access your own settings.

  ---
  5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your email address, display name, and settings, contact us at [email protected]. We will process the request within 30 days. Deleting your data will sign you out and reset your preferences.
Anonymous analytics data retention follows Amplitude's standard policy.

  ---
  6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

  ---
  7. GDPR — RIGHTS OF USERS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  - Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  - Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate data.
  - Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data (see Section 5).
  - Right to restrict processing: You may request that we limit how we use your data.
  - Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

For advertising, we use a consent management mechanism to request your permission before serving personalized ads. If you do not consent, non-personalized ads will be shown instead. You can change your consent preference at any time through the app's settings or your device
  settings.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

  ---
  8. CCPA — RIGHTS OF CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights:

  - Right to know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  - Right to delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  - Right to opt out: We do not sell your personal information. However, the use of advertising identifiers by Google AdMob for personalized advertising may be considered a "share" of data under California law. You can opt out by following the steps in Section 1 (Advertising).
  - Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To submit a CCPA request, contact us at [email protected].

  ---
  9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy periodically. The updated date at the top of this page reflects when it was last changed. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
